Scheduling, rescheduling and makeups — what you will see before subscribing
Rescheduling and cancellation
Notice periods depend on the teacher and package. The notice period and effect on class credits will be shown before payment; no universal deadline has been approved.
Absence and makeup classes
Student and teacher absence rules and makeup eligibility will be shown before purchase. Group makeups use a suitable group or an administratively arranged session; they do not automatically become individual classes.
Subscription start and assessment
The agreed learning start date, subscription period and schedule are confirmed before payment. Assessment is included in the first paid class; group assessments are completed within the first two classes.

01Do I need to have memorised anything?
No. The learning paths include reading foundations alongside memorisation and tajweed. Add your goals and previous experience to your learning profile to help choose the right path.
02Can I register myself and my children?
Yes. You can create separate learning profiles under one account, each with the learner's name, goals and details, and manage them from your family space.
03Does registering mean paying for a subscription?
No. Creating an account and learning profile does not create a paid subscription. Requests to join published offers are reviewed by the team. Payment and booking are not active yet.
04How is a teacher selected?
The team approves teachers before publishing their profiles. When offers are available, review the teacher's qualifications, specialties, teaching languages and offer terms, then submit a request for review.
05Where can I find prices and lesson times?
Approved prices appear with published teacher offers. When no offers are available, proposed packages are clearly labelled without invented prices. Times and policies are agreed before subscription activation; online booking is in development.
06Can I learn from outside Egypt?
The platform is designed for remote learning. Set your time zone in your profile and confirm the teacher's language and availability before subscribing when available. Arabic and English interfaces are supported.
